Owner, Artistic Designer
Amanda is a master colorist and hair designer with over 18 years of experience and a reputation for excellence and unparalleled customer service. She opened Purity in 2009, and since then it has grown into an exclusive Aveda salon. She has attended numerous Aveda classes, which allows her to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques. During an appointment with Amanda, you will enjoy an in-depth consultation which will allow her to customize a color and hairstyle that is suitable for your own profession and personal lifestyle - one that you will be able to recreate at home.

PATRICIA
Salon Coordinator, Designer
Patricia has been a stylist for 23 years and part of Purity Hair Design's team since 2015. Two things that are most rewarding to her are making people look and feel good about themselves. Patricia enjoys a good challenge, whether it is a great haircut or a fabulous hair color makeover. She continues to take the advanced educational classes that Aveda and the beauty industry have to offer. She looks forward to meeting new clients and providing them with their beauty needs.

Artistic Designer
Tyler launched his career with Aveda in 2007 as a color specialist in South Florida and is now embracing a new chapter in New York. Throughout the years, he has both attended and taught classes, sharing his expertise and showcasing his work across the country. He is passionate about the daily opportunity to help clients feel beautiful and renewed through thoughtful consultations and precise technique, and he is dedicated to delivering a professional, immersive experience behind the chair. Tyler also creates a fun, approachable atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Charity is a skilled hairstylist with an impressive 28 years of experience in the beauty industry. For the past 12 years, Charity has successfully owned and operated her own salon, where she has built a loyal clientele through her passion for hair artistry.

Jennifer has been in the industry for 18 years. She joined Purity's team in 2017. Hair and makeup have always been her passion. She keeps up with the newest trends in keratin-bonded, beaded, and tape-in extensions as well as keratin smoothing treatments. With her eye for detail and her expert customer service skills, Jennifer is sure to have a widely successful career with Purity.

Designer
April is educated in multiple Aveda color and blonding techniques and is a seasoned stylist dedicated to creating a relaxing, welcoming experience where every client feels both comfortable and confident. Specializing in hair extensions, natural blonding, and seamless gray blending, April focuses on enhancing each client’s natural beauty while delivering results that look stunning and feel effortless.
She joined the Purity Hair Design team in 2024, where she continues to elevate client experiences and refine her craft. In her practice at Purity, April strives to educate clients about the process and the rationale behind product choices, empowering them to understand why certain techniques and products are used. This client-centered approach emphasizes transparency, customization, and lasting results.

Designer
Dana has 11 years of experience and became part of the Purity team in 2016. She graduated at the top of her class from the Aveda Institute Williston in Vermont. Dana has taken multiple advanced Aveda classes and stays up to date with the latest trends. She believes the most important thing is to make people love the way they look and feel.

JAYDAN
Junior Designer
Meet Jaydan, a talented stylist hailing from upstate New York. Having obtained her cosmetology license from The Orlo in 2021, Jaydan has been dedicated to perfecting her craft in hairdressing while continuing her education.
Inspired by family and friends in the beauty industry, Jaydan developed a passion for hair and makeup at a young age, leading her to pursue a career in the field. She finds joy in contributing to special moments in people's lives and takes pride in boosting their confidence and brightening their day through her work. Jaydan's goal is not only to embrace and enhance your beauty but also to ensure you leave her chair feeling happy and stress-free. She looks forward to welcoming you to her chair soon!

Anna is a friendly, enthusiastic, sociable and knowledgeable licensed esthetician with a solid background serving customer service needs from Brunswick, New York. Anna graduated from Troy High School in June of 2022, and received her Esthetician License from The Aesthetic Science Institute in June of 2023.
She is also certified in Dermaplaning. Anna specializes in Bridal Makeup and Formal Makeup Applications. Anna absolutely loves everything about the aesthetic industry and is always eager to expand her education and certifications in the field of aesthetics. Her main goal with each client that she meets and services is to help them achieve their long term skin care goals. Anna is well versed in products and services based on clients needs and budgets to ensure exceptional service. She is truly passionate and detail oriented.
