Our goal at Purity Hair Design is to ensure that you enjoy your experience with us. The following tips will help ensure your time at our salon most enjoyable:
- For your first visit and for all salon visits, please arrive 10 minutes prior. If you desire extra time to relax and unwind, please come in 20 minutes prior to your first visit and enjoy some Aveda Comforting Tea as you settle in.
- For the consideration of all our guests, we ask that cell phones be set to silent while in the salon.
We are a professional team and encourage our guests to try any member of our staff for a fresh point of view.
Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can make arrangements to correct any concerns. You may receive a redo appointment at any time within the first week for most services. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. Please allow 48 hours for your service file to be received.

Child Policy
Parents please note: it is essential to make child care arrangements prior to your salon appointment so that you and other guests may enjoy your time with us to the fullest. It is for the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children are not permitted unless they are receiving services.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. If no notice is given, we may charge up to 100% of the service price.

- we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. There is a required $12.00 minimum charge to use a credit card.
- Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card.
- Personal checks are not accepted. We reserve the right to decline a guest's check.
- There is a $30 charge on all returned checks.
Purity Hair Design Gift Certificates
- Must present gift certificate at time of check-out.
- Gift certificates are valid for products and services from Purity Hair Design are are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Gift certificates cannot be applied to gratuity.
- Purity Hair Design is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- When the full value of the gift certificate is redeemed, it will be relinquished at the salon.
- Gift certificates have no implied warranties and are not a credit card or debit card.
- Other restrictions may apply.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
- In consideration for other guests, late arrivals will be accommodated to the extent the schedule allows. You appointment may be rescheduled or shortened with no reduction in service cost.
- In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may possible accommodate the needs of other clients. In the case of a same-day cancellation or, if you were not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee up to 50% of your total service. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
- A credit card or deposit may be required upon booking for frequent cancellations or no shows.
