CARD ON FILE

Purity Hair Design requires a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. If you prefer not to have a card on file, a 50% deposit must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If neither of these options works for you, you are welcome to come in on a walk-in basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Purity Hair Design, we value your time and the dedication of our stylists. We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and at times, it may affect your appointment with us. To ensure a seamless experience for all, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your slot and accommodates other clients in need of our services.


Please understand that last-minute cancellations greatly impact our stylists who have dedicated their time and expertise to serve you. Therefore, any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your service, please email us within 7 days of your original appointment. Purity Hair Design will contact you to discuss the scheduling of an adjusted service. In most cases, this is a complimentary service unless the service plan has changed. If this is the case, there may be an additional charge.

LATE ARRIVALS

In consideration for other guests, 10-minute late arrivals will be accommodated to the extent the stylist’s schedule allows. Your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened with no reduction in service cost. Please be aware that arriving 15 minutes or later for an appointment may result in a rescheduled appointment, and the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

CHILD POLICY

To maintain a professional and tranquil atmosphere for all our clients, our salon welcomes guests aged 10 and above. For the comfort and safety of everyone, only children receiving a service are permitted within the salon premises. We kindly request that parents or guardians make necessary childcare arrangements prior to their appointments to ensure a seamless experience for all.


Adhering to this policy is essential for the safety and comfort of all our clients, allowing them to have a full salon experience. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, which could incur a 50% service charge. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all our valued clients.

MINOR POLICY

If your child is receiving a service in the salon, a parent MUST be present for the consultation portion of the appointment to assure that everyone understands what is being done and what the charges of that service will be. If your child is over 18 but a parent is paying for the service being provided, it is still required that a parent be present for the consultation portion of the service.

GIFT CARDS

● Gift certificates must be presented at the time of check-out.​

● Gift certificates are valid for products and services from Purity Hair Design and are not redeemable for cash.

● Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

● Gift certificates cannot be applied to gratuity.

● Purity Hair Design is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

● When the full value of the gift certificate is redeemed, it will be relinquished at the salon.

● Gift certificates have no implied warranties and are not a credit card or debit card.
